The models were created as a basis for the design phase. The buildings and the service areas of the buildings were measured with a stationary laser scanner. Topograpical plan was created for the outdoor hard surfaces and utilities. The entire surveying project was staged and a detailed schedule was developed for the project that included data acquisition, processing, and final conversion to the model.
