The model was created as a basis for the architectural study and subsequent phases. The model included a building with a decorative facade and adjacent service areas. The building, along with the exterior areas, was surveyed with a stationary laser scanner. To add information regarding the relationship to the surrounding terrain and outdoor utilities a topography plan was created.
