The model was created as a basis for the architectural study and subsequent phases. It contains a large building with a diverse layout and a situation model of outdoor areas. The models are interconnected. Objects with outdoor areas were scanned with a stationary laser scanner. All work was carried out during buillding normal operation. An ifc model and drawing documentation were generated from the model.
